Thai pudding:

‘The black jelly thing is called Chao Kuay’

This is one of Thailand’s most famous desserts. It is a mix of different kinds of desserts. That’s the reason why this dish is very rich in flavours and tastes, but because you can choose yourself which ingredients you are adding, the taste can vary a lot. It is quiet similar to what we know as pudding.

I added milk, red (strawberry) sirop, sugar, lychee and ice-cubes. You can mix and match any ingredients you like and even eat it lukewarm. The last one may be more difficult to digest.

But you really should give it a try!
